Finding the right customer communication tool for your business

Technology has evolved a lot over the years. Because of this, businesses are now more efficient and productive than they were before. In particular, technology solutions that allow businesses to collaborate and manage work between their teams have grown immensely. During our time consulting, we noticed that the customers who received updates most frequently were more satisfied compared to others. We managed a large team of consultants and trained our team members to update their customers at the end of day every Friday, even when there were no new updates concerning the project. As a large consulting practice, we followed NPS (Net Promoter Score), and our team always had the highest percentage of happy customers. That’s why, from TurboUpdates’s inception, we’ve been focused on not just delivering the update but capturing the reaction of the customer.
